"I typically do pick up early in the day and that's the reason for the three stars. The associates are nice and the bags are packed well. If my review were based on the nighttime service, it would be one star. I get that it's a newer and smaller store in a smallish city so things aren't always available like the bigger or older stores. But the workers either don't have experience in customer service or don't need their jobs. From the callousness to the obvious attitude of not wanting to help customers or just greet them when passing, it's like they're doing you a favor by showing up. And I passed more than one group huddled and talking about private matters that were inappropriate in a work setting. I don't think I would be so uptight about it if I didn't work in customer service as well. I'll skip going inside again and just get pick up orders when I can't find what I want at Vons."

"I’m extremely disappointed with how Ralphs on Limonite handled a fraudulent $100 Amazon gift card issue tonight. I purchased the card, had the activation receipt, returned within minutes, and was basically told “there’s nothing we can do.” Jeremy showed zero concern, zero urgency, and zero effort to help even though gift card tampering fraud is a known nationwide issue. As a paying customer who had proof of purchase and activation, I expected at least some level of professionalism or willingness to escalate the situation. Instead, I was treated like it wasn’t their problem the second the transaction was complete. People work hard for their money. If your store is selling compromised gift cards, customers deserve support — not indifference. Jeremy is as much a waste as their gift cards."

"Great prices, always bring your ralphs card to avail of discounts. Great selection even store brand items. Starbucks in the premises and place is always clean. Parking is never a hassle. Open late ( check hours)"

"I love shopping at Ralph's but I don't look forward going into this Eastvale location. 2 women there just have a horrible attitude. I asked a supervisor why an item always says it is out of stock online but available in store and she just said "I don't know" with an expression of "please don't bother me" I mean smile or at least act like your happy. why go to work if your gonna be bothered by us shoppers? give me your job."

"Ralph’s stays open 2 hrs later than Vons which closes at 11 pm Better prices at Vons, more friendly and helpful employees @Ralphs They go above and beyond make you feel welcome in this neighborhood market. Vons has like 2 maybe 3 people who are cheerful and when they say have a nice day. You can tell they mean it. @ Ralph’s everyone has a pleasant attitude or maybe I’m just catching them on their good days Everyone has bad ones so I don’t want to badmouth the competition"
